Event Setup Design
The design focused on capturing the essence of India’s diverse cultural, historical, and artistic heritage. Each section of the event was designed to represent different states, showcasing their unique traditions, crafts, and cuisines.
Created thematic pavilions for each state or region, complete with authentic décor elements like handicrafts, textiles, and artifacts, giving visitors an immersive experience of India’s diversity.
Integrated large-format visuals and banners showcasing India’s historical landmarks, festivals, and traditions, creating a vibrant and visually appealing atmosphere.
Designed a central stage for performances, adorned with traditional motifs, which became the focal point for cultural performances, folk dances, and music concerts.
Installed digital interactive kiosks that allowed visitors to explore virtual tours of famous Indian landmarks, festivals, and lesser-known cultural stories, adding a tech-forward layer to the traditional event.
Cultural and Interactive Zones
Created interactive zones where visitors could experience India’s cultural diversity through hands-on activities such as craft-making workshops (pottery, weaving, and painting) and traditional dance demonstrations.
Developed a Food Plaza featuring stalls from different regions of India, offering visitors a culinary journey across the country with authentic regional dishes and street food.
Set up a bazaar-style marketplace showcasing traditional handicrafts, handloom textiles, jewelry, and souvenirs from various parts of India, encouraging visitors to support local artisans.
Designed a Kids’ Zone, where children could engage in creative activities such as Rangoli-making, clay modeling, and interactive games centered around India’s culture and heritage.
